Library Kitchen & Bar's the most colorful place to eat and drink in Sapphire Valley.  Our historic restaurant has a new vibe to it since its 2016 complete renovation with thought provoking art installations by co-founder and artist Marvin Gralnick and bright and playful culinary treats dreamed up by Chef Johannes Klapdohr, you're sure to find our restaurant easy to visit and hard to leave.

THE BAR
Come take a seat at the bar and watch the world unfold as you sip Brian's Sangria, or have our craft-cocktail team whip up a concoction based on your tastes. Our signature drinks rotate per season, so make sure you taste them all.

THE KITCHEN
Our delectable dishes are friendly to all palates. Each menu item is designed by Michelin-star trained chef, Chef Johannes, to reflect what is available in season and will provide the most inspiration to each guest.
